Shipping

Order confirmation sent after checkout (check spam). Changes/cancellations only before tracking is issued. Processing: 2–3 business days (longer during drops/sales). Delivery: ~4–8 business days after shipping. RNGS isn’t responsible for carrier delays, customs, or wrong address details. Shipping only to listed EU/EEA countries + UK/CH/NO/IS (rates vary €5–€20). Customs fees outside the EU are paid by the customer. Refused/unclaimed orders = no refund. Address changes after purchase may cost €15. Returns due to wrong address are refunded minus €15.

Returns

14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Email info@lwgn.si with order number, email, and item. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds processed within 14 business days (shipping not refunded). No exchanges—return and place a new order. Wrong/damaged item? Email us within 7 days.
